This Wednesday might see the formal announcement of Isha Ambani’s promotions, according to knowledgeable sources who wished to remain anonymous before the event. He is currently employed for Reliance Retail Ventures Limited as a Director.
The appointment of Isha Ambani follows that of her twin brother Akash, who was chosen to lead the telecom section of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd on Tuesday. Isha Ambani and Akash Ambani worked together to secure Meta Platforms Inc.’s investment in the group.
30-year-old Isha received her degree from Yale. Anant, the brother of the younger twins, is 27 years old. The family-owned oil-to-telecom conglomerate, whose $217 billion Reliance Industries Limited serves as its flagship company, also operates Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio. Reliance Industries’ chairman and managing director is Mukesh Ambani.
