Frequently, our products are rejected before they even arrive to the customer, or the customer isn’t present when the return is made, so what should we do? It is essential that we do not experience product returns and that we increase sales.

What is Customer Return?

When your product is delivered to the customer and for some reason the customer returns that product, it is called customer return.

Do Amazon and Flipkart charge money on Customer Returns?

Yes, both the companies charge/deduct return charges on customer returns

What is Courier Return?

When your product is not delivered to the customer and you get the product back without delivery, then it is called courier return.

Do Amazon and Flipkart charge money on Courier Returns?

There is no charge on Flipkart but there are charges on Amazon.
